• You may not use the system to advertise drugs, sexual services, gambling or any other content which is illegal in your state or your subscriber's state of residence.
• SendMsg system will not be responsible for any damaged caused by the services it provides, including data and information lost, delay or non-delivery. It will also not be accounted responsibility to delivery to a wrong address.

Privacy statement

• SendMsg system and its employees will not use the names or contact information of the users in your lists and will not pass them to any third-party company or person.
